It's a pair and they look awesome on my truck.

Are these for short or standard bed?

Truck beds are two sizes, short (standard) bed, or long bed. These were made for short (standard) bed, and it fit my Chevy Silverado perfectly. If you have a different truck, I can't tell you. They look really good on the Chevy.

Does it fit a 2010 chevy silverado LT ?

Yes, this fits 2010 Silverado with 5.8 bed and all trim packages

If I have bed liner on my bed caps will these still fit

Should still fit but I would be worried about them sticking to the liner
