This is a stunning rug! The high low effect is really beautiful for adding interest while the colors keep it simple and neutral. The plush portion is very soft and the low side has a sort of outdoor rug feel underfoot. Overall, this was a huge win and at a great price point! I’d buy a larger one for my LR if it wasn’t white. For reference, this is in my guest room which gets minimal use. I would expect that a high traffic area would difficult to keep clean.

Oh yes yes and more yes, I’ve had it laid out for a week now and it’s absolutely glorious. I did use the old rug as a pad for it which was a good idea. Hard to believe something so beautiful and big (9’ x 12’) could be delivered to my door so inexpensively. It comes folded up in a square box and I was worried that it would have issues getting completely and perfectly flat but after a few days it was fine.

Beautiful carpet, but poor shippingI waited for a month, but the product was never shipped. I had to reorder and pay express shipping. It arrived in just a nylon wrap, no box, and had some kind of residue that didn’t come out after washing.I decided to buy it again no replacement was offered hoping the next one arrives in better shape. Packaging and shipping need improvement.

This rug is beautiful; I love it! It's soft and has no smell. There is some curling, but that's to be expected from delivery.

I love how this rug looks , however anytime I try to vacuum it , parts of it become immediately fuzzy and puffy . I have even tried the lowest suction setting on my vacuum and it still does this . I love how it looks though , just need better quality .
