ARAI 01-1058 Vas-V Max Vision Shield Dark Tint

Great Arai original dark visor. Fits my Corsair-X well and makes a difference on morning rides heading into the riding sun. Better than my prescription sunglasses thru a pinlock clear shield because of glare and road surface contrast issues. This dark shield works great for my rides. Added a separate Pinlock from another vendor. Would have been nice to get both pieces from the same vendor though.

Arai products are the best for a reason. Easy fit and great clarity in dark and very great at fog reduction if you attach the anti fog interior visor thing (forgot name) that comes with your original Arai helmet purchase. Buy an Arai

This is a genuine Arai part and fits flawlessly. I purchased the dark smoke and it has the same tint as all my previous Arai helmets for the last 15 years. I would only caution buyers to double check what type of face shield (mounting system) they have from Arai, since they have added/changed recently and there are multiple choices when purchasing a face shield. Other than that, I would have no issues buying over and over.

Love this visor. Just the right amount of tint. Can even be used at night if you really have to. Still good visibility. Would definitely recommend!

This shield is the darkest version sold and it still lets quite a bit of light through. The good thing is that the view is crystal clear throughout the entire field of vision - optically correct.

I've been riding for decades. For whatever reason (I think I have one), I have never purchased a tinted shield. I think the reason is that they're pricey. It seems like an awful lot of money, and if one already owns sunglasses, then the expense is a bit hard to justify. All of that being said, I just received and installed my first tinted shield. I love it! I wear my clear prescription glasses for when the visor must be raised. Otherwise, I have a nice tinted view of the world. The dark tint is even good with early morning light.

I have a bad eyesight, i cant ride without my glasses, so this visor is perfect for me. Except at sunrise and sunset when the sun is low, the dark tint visor is perfect. Great visibility and sun protection.
