Enokay USB 5V 0.3A 80mm 80x80x10mm 8cm DC Connector Cooler Ventilator Fan

Found this to be the same part number as one that had died in my laptop cooler and it was already USB so I grabbed it and swapped it with the other one. It was way cheaper than getting a $20 laptop cooler so I am very happy.

I picked this up to see if it would keep my 50" plasma tv cool. There are no internal fans on the tv and no direct way to mount it. I used some hot glue to set it. The tv is cool, I don't get any noise or feel any vibration from the fan when I touch next to it on the panel.
