Japan. Probably the best overall soy sauce I've ever used.

What is the sodium content? I'd like an answer from the manufacturer since the label is all in Japanese.

There is so much false information here about sodium content. I just received my 24oz bottle. The outside label on the wrapper says 870mg. The label on the bottle itself says 720mg. Regardless the taste verdict is that it is salty. It fails the salty taste test for me. See pics of label in my review.

Everything on the bottle is written in Japanese but I looked it up on some other sites and the claim is water, soy beans, wheat, sun dried sea salt.

Gute Soja Soße für alle die Sushi lieben

I'm Gegensatz zu den 08/15 Sojasossen ist dies eine Handgefertig. Wenn man dann den Preis für die Milliliter vergleicht ist dies Soja Soße kaum teurer. Sie ist vom Geschmack gehaltvoller und weniger salzig. Diese Soja Soße ist wirklich zu empfehlen.
