The promo images are a bit misleading, the digits are not lit all the time. In order to see the time you must be in a lit area, or press the top button which will light the digits for 3 seconds. It has many functions, such as a chronometer and count down but the four buttons on the side might be a little too complicated for some people to use. The brace is quite wide and soft, the buckle is well made and not too sharp and feels comfortable to wear. I like it for it's chunky and simplistic style, I would prefer though that the digits would stay lit all the time, or to have an toggling on/off option.

I've had this watch for a few weeks now, and I've certainly put it through its paces.. it is tough, durable,.quite stylish, and very practical watch.It is very big, which I like. And the display is easy to read,which ISA bonus since my eyes reached their old age recently.I wouldn't hesitate to order another if this one ever came to harm!!

Apparently this watch was hard to find, it took 4 days to post it. it comes in a "frustration free box". funny, 1 look inside and i felt plenty of frustration.... Doesn't look like the same watch, the numbers aren't green, they're grey on black, excellent color scheme, you get great contrast! if light doesn't shine directly on the clock face, all i see is black with some lighter splotches (see attached pic for reference) so i think, wait, they took that picture with the clock's light on. Na-ah-ah-ha. No sirree, there's 4 buttons (tiny and all on the same side for your convenience, so you hit at least two every time, in the name of what is obviously far eastern efficiency... effing so and so) and although the function of these 4 are a total mystery to me, because, you know, there's no manual of course, there's also NO NIGHTLIGHT. So, wait, how did they manage to get that picture of the watch with the green numbers? ah dear friends, photoshop.... the bane of all things Amazon, How i rue the day it was made.... Ironically, the watch IS rather handsome, it's all huge and chunky, i can't help but feel disappointed that it is UTTERLY USELESS and i have to send it back. I wish it was worth at least 50p out of the 9.99 i paid for it, as that would have enabled me to keep it. sadly, it's not.

This watch has great functions. I bought it for a Dad with dementia who really likes to know the date as well as the time. Criticisms are that the display is quite dim and the buttons a bit close together for old eyes and fingers. A younger person wouldn't have such a problem. Also it is bigger and chunkier looking than the picture suggested to us, but for some people that wouldn't be a problem either. Overall it is still a great buy because of what it does. I bought this for my son after he found one in the street and loved the look and feel of it. He had another watch before which for some reason, the silicone plastic watch strap was causing his skin to blister. This one so far has caused no issues with soreness or blistering. It has a nice face and functions. It has survived showers and washes although he hasn't tried swimming with it on yet. A great buy and nice and cheap so not the end of the world should it get lost or broken. A good started watch or a general watch for everyday use.

Excellent value for money!This watch is robust, and very practical.Be warned it is slightly larger than you would expect, however I would definitely buy it again as it has lasted me during an arduous military course where a digital watch was essential.Serves all the basic functions and all at a great price.I chose this watch over the classic Casio digital watch as it is much more user friendly - you don't need to squint to see the time for a start!5 stars from me.

This product is great quality, it's fairly priced and the description is accurate. Very durable- I have worn out in wet weather and it still works really well, even after a couple of years. I will be buying from you again. Would recommend to everyone!

Very lightweight and easy to use. The light is bright and easy to see when out at night. It is waterproof which is nice and it works under water. It's a basic watch and that what I like about itIt's nothing special but does its job and isn't a rip off
