The ANC on my earbuds isn't working properly. It was functioning well when I first got them, but after the app prompted a firmware upgrade, the ANC on the right earbud stopped working. I tried to request a replacement through Amazon, but they’re not supporting it—even though the product is still within the replacement window. Instead, they're suggesting I fix the issue myself by following some unhelpful tips. Even though all other features work well and the sound and call clarity are excellent—I'd rate them 5 out of 5—this single, frustrating issue has really ruined the experience for me. I'd say go for it if you really want this product—but make sure to pray it doesn’t come with any issues, because getting a replacement is nearly impossible. LOL!!

This is a very low quality product. I bought it bcoz i had heard plenty of good things about this product. It says 40 hours Play back but battery conks out in less than two hours of usage. Noise cancellation doesn't work at all even after downloading their application. Too much hyped product. I have a much cheaper ear buds (half it's price) and it works a lot (10 times) better than this product. MY ADVICE:- Please don't purchase this product.

With the price Noice is selling, I did not like the product. Specially, because of the claims company mentioned about Latency and post purchase when I experienced this product, I felt connectivity issues. Even we have to manually switch from Phone to Laptop, have to switch-off bluetooth in one device in order to get clear voice in another. TOuch controls are not up-tp the mark, it's slow in response. And application is literally too slow to update the 1-tap, 2-tap touch options. I wish to return, but return is not available. I'm going to sell this in market and get something worth this price.
