Received a used and stained dress. Right out of the package, it smelled like someone's floral perfume, has oil stains, and makeup residue on the front of the dress. I have seen reviews before on people getting used items, but it has never happened to me until now. I'm really upset and disjointed as I bought this dress at the last minute for a gala I needed to attend.

Dress looks nice in the pictures, but the one I received is not that cute. I bought this for a special ocaccion and did not use it. Very unflatering.

Great dress. Nice fabric with a good weight. The color is also very nice and was the same as pictured. The dress has a zipper in the back , but I didn’t need to use it as the fabric has a nice stretch. I just slipped it over my head. I think the fit was also great. I wore it to a wedding. Instructions say to hand wash, but I just tossed it in the washer on delicate cycle and it did great so easy maintenance. I’m 5’4 and I purchased a size XL. My only complaint is the top portion of dress which you fold over would not stay that way which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

The straps didn’t stay down, and I had to constantly pull the top front down to prevent the seams from showing. If I had the time and didn’t need the dress, I would have sent it back.

True to size, fabric was soft, and the dress was extremely flattering. Will order in another color.

I was very excited about this dress unfortunately the cut was way off. Additionally the off the shoulder straps did not lay flat at all. They kept folding up and looked awful.
