Very light weight and easy to use.
I've used it three times already, unbelievable how well it cleaned my front sidewalk and cement in front my garage. I've used it with just water and with a cleaner, both did an excellent job. Looking forward to doing my garage floor and back patio. Great product will recommend to friends. I found it's easier to use with a wand extension as I have back issues.

Excellent Performance and would buy again.
Worked better than expected. We have a huge driveway, 4,000 to 5,000 sq ft. I tried to clean it once with an electric power washer and a wand and just gave up. I was able to clean entire driveway with ease. Wheels made it easy to move around. Probably the most important aspect is the power washer itself. Purchased a Simpson power washer that is rated at 4000 psi and 4 gpm. Thereโs 2 nozzles on the surface cleaner, so you need the higher psi to get the high pressure out of each nozzle. Also you need the higher gpm to wash away the dirt as you go. If your driveway is real dirty, just go slow. I tended to move a little quickly but I over lapped the passes to ensure a good cleaning. Bottom line, I would buy this again along with the power washer.

Bought TWO - Neither worked properly
Highly disappointed - even after purchasing this TWICE. Bought a Simpson pressure washer and other accessories which are FANTASTIC and can't say enough about how happy I am with them. But this accessory was a big let-down. I was honestly a little leery at the 4.1-star reviews, but I figured someone didn't know what they were doing or, as I often do, thought that somehow I would beat the odds and get a working, functioning unit deserving of the 5 stars others have left. When it arrived, there were multiple layers of packing tape all over the bent and worn box (which had been shipped inside an outer shipping box). When I opened the box, the plastic bag surrounding the cleaning head had been badly crumpled and torn, so it was obvious it had been returned - likely more than once. When I attached it to the pressure washer, only one of the two spray heads emitted any water and only a small trickle at that - no high pressure at all. Disappointed that this "new" sprayer didn't work right out of the box. The instructions directed me to clean the nozzles with the included cleaning tool which I did several times. After fiddling with it for over an hour, the best I got was one head to spray and the other was dry as a bone - nothing. So I returned it and reordered another. I waited to return the first until the replacement arrived so as not to get the same, defective one again. The second one arrived and again, the box had been re-taped - definitely a red flag! When I opened it, everything looked great, though the plastic bag it came in was crumpled and torn, but not to the extent the first one had been. When I hooked it up to my new Simpson pressure washer, the spray nozzles put out a ton of water under pressure, but the arm wouldn't rotate! I removed the head and rotated the arm by hand and it spun around just fine with virtually no effort. That's what you want, right? But when I put it back under pressure, the arm just sat there, the nozzles shooting pressurized water, but without any movement of the arm at all. When I tried to clean with it, I got narrow stripes instead of one big circular cleaned surface. Again, I fiddled with it for about an hour, but no matter what I tried, the arm just wouldn't spin on it's own. So now this second one is going back, too! I don't appear to be the only one with this issue if you read through other reviews. I'm really disappointed because I've been so impressed with the other Simpson products I've purchased! I won't try this a third time - instead I'll buy another (higher rated, less expensive) brand of the same thing. Sorry, Simpson. I gave you a second chance, but you failed twice on this one. But I HIGHLY recommend your pressure washer! Wow! UPDATE- A few months later, I noticed the Kรคrcher brand surface cleaner go on sale at a price I couldn't refuse. WOW! What a difference! Worked beautifully out of the box and several times since. If you're in the market, definitely get a Simpson power washer (with a Honda engine), but get the Kรคrcher surface cleaner for it. It's plug and play with Simpson power washers (no adapters needed). Outstanding performance and no regrets.

It's temperamental, but works!
I read numerous reviews before purchasing. All of these devices no matter what brand all have negative reviews regarding not spinning properly so I weighed all other factors and purchased the Simpson. The first time I used it was on a wooden bridge deck and it worked great. It took far less time than using a wand. The next morning I decided to do my deck. That's when the trouble began. The device did not spin properly and put circular groves all over the deck. After tinkering with it (lubricating, blowing it out with an air compressor) I was able to get it spinning properly. I also changed the o-ring inside to one that fit a little tighter. Since then I have done 3 driveways and it has worked very well. At first it, spins slowly, but by pulling the wand trigger on and off a few times it spins great and works normally from then on. It's a tremendous time saver. I strongly recommend extreme caution if you are going to use it on wood. As I mentioned, it usually does not spin properly at first, so if you have it on a wood deck it will leave grove marks. I used mine with a 3100 psi Dewalt power washer. My neighbor tried using it with a 2500 psi power washer and it would not spin properly. Bottom line: It's temperamental, but worth it given the amount of time it saves.

Works well when it works!!
Nice sturdy construction and good brush skirt. Wand spray coupling to unit connection very easy and solid. When working, I cut my 6 hr cleaning by hand job down to 30 mins. Great deep cleaning and ease of use. However, after my second use, and trying to use it on third time, the spray arm would not rotate with water pressure going thru unit. It would freely spin by hand, no resistance, but when water pressure was applied, water would come out of jets at pressure, but unit arm would not rotate in any position I placed the unit horizontally. If I pumped the wand handle trigger, I could get only 1/8th turn at a time. Not sure why this is happening. I contacted Simpson and they sent me a replacement immediately.

This is the one to buy.
A couple years ago I bought the Karcher surface cleaner and ended up returning it after the first use. If you tried to push it forward the front of it would dip down and drag on the concrete making it almost impossible to do. I would have to simultaneously lift up on the wand while pushing the cleaner forward which was extremely difficult to do. I thought maybe the angle was too direct so I added a wand extension but that didn't help. I would have to lift and push at the same time which made for crappy cleaning and it was difficut to do. The only real cleaning it did is when I drew it back toward me and even then the results were below average. The Karcher left circles of unclean concrete which you could only correct by unhooking the cleaner and using the spray attachments which defeated the whole purpose of having the surface cleaner in the first place. After I returned it I just figured they were all like that so I have just been using the spray attachments since then, which uses a ton of water plus takes a lot of time. I haven't used the pressure sprayer as often as I should because it took so long to clean. I have a huge back patio around my pool, driveway for a 3 car garage, and my house is on a corner so there is a double crapload of concrete here to clean. A couple days ago I was back at it with the pressure sprayer and I decided it was time to give a surface cleaner another go. I have a 3200 psi Simpson which is what the Karcher surface cleaner was rated for, but this time I decided to give the 3700 psi Simpson pressure cleaner a go. What a difference. This thing is the real deal. You can actually push it forward and it skims across the surface like it's supposed to do. It cleans without leaving the circular streaks. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and it makes cleaning a breeze. Today in 3 hours I did pretty much the same surface area as I had done the previous 2 days combined using a fraction of the water I had used. What used to take me a week will now take a couple days. If you are looking for a surface cleaner for your gas powered pressure sprayer this is the one.

Did your spray wand stop spinning? Read this review!
Like many other shoppers, we rely on honest reviews when purchasing items from Amazon. Based on all the five stars, we purchased this back in March 2021. We had no issues the first time we used it. We allowed it to dry and put it back in the original box. Yesterday, I decided to do the driveway. When I was 95% done, it suddenly stops cleaning, and the spray wand isn't rotating. I called my husband out and we looked at it. I noticed the wand would not spin when we spun it, and my instincts told me it needed to be lubricated. I checked on YouTube for a video and it's called " Lubricating Simpson 15โ Surface Cleaner/Scrubber " by MrMtr999. (Thank you, sir!!) This video from 3 years ago shows - how to remove the spinning spray wand - where to use machine lubricate - how to put it back together. And YES - Voila! It works again! It is really that simple. We were happy to know that we did not waste 60 bucks. But we spent 3 more dollars for a tube. (Totally worth it!) With that said, my advice to you is to look for that YouTube video. Find your Allen wrench, or buy one (take the surface cleaner with you to the store to buy the right size!) and spend a couple bucks for machine lubricate tube (not oil). The bottom line is - yes, I do highly recommend this product. It saves so much time and water (my driveway is long). Just remember to lubricate it! :) Please like this review if it worked for you and for others to read too. Happy Shopping!

Didnโt work for us
Product worked nicely for first 15 minutes then started to clean only in small bandwidths leaving small spiral swirls all over our driveway. My husband tried different hoses and water outlets to see if we could make this work but all were unsuccessful. Had to return product. Maybe needs more water pressure than our hoses provided?

Very Efficient
Used this for the first time today on my 3000psi pressure washer. I should have bought one of these years ago. Made the job much tidier and quicker. Probably cut my time by 2/3rds. I would say it works as advertised.

Stopped working after first use
I do not recommend, stopped working after first use. Want a refund but of course amazon cannot help and I'm still making payments on junk that doesn't work. Thing somehow rusted and seized.

Needs some fine tuning, but shouldn't have to from factory!
I don't usually write reviews on products, but figured I had to in this case. I am one of the low percentage users of this product who had a bad experience - within 10 mins of using this wash head with my Simpson MS 60551 pressure washer, the wand would only move slowly! I tried feathering the gun trigger on the pressure washer and that helped a bit. But then it would resort back to barely moving. The wand would move easily by hand under no load, but once under pressure, would only rotate slowly. I noticed there was some slight movement in the wand head (up and down) at the pivot. So I took it apart, re-lubricated the pivot seals and tightened it up (obviously tighter than it came from factory). Well luckily that was the trick and it started to work no issue, and worked continuously there on! This would leave me to believe poor quality control at the factory, but that's only a guess! My fix may work for you, may not. But worth a shot if you get a similar POS product as I did!
