Bright illegal light with lots of heat.
If you want to upgrade your stock headlight then buy Philips X-treme Vision or OSRAM Night Breaker Plus which you can install in stock wiring, they are road legal, they don't generate heat like 130/100 watts. But if you have previously installed a 130/100 relay and wiring and if you wanna replace it, then this is a must,as it is cheap, bright but not legal. Comparing with stock headlight this light generates more light, around 20-40% more light to naked eyes.

Great, But Cost is on the higher side!!!!
Its my first impression, writing it after only using it for a small duration, so dont know a much about it on a long run. Got it for my Alto (2008 model). 1) Value for money:- I would say it is one of the costliest 130/100Watts bulbs. You can find other cheap alternative bulbs from Osram and Hella etc. 2) Ease of Installation:- You should always use it along with a relay otherwise its gonna damage the wiring of your vehicle. Either you can get a relay kit do it yourself or get it done with any mechanic. 3) Brightness:- Comparing to our standard 60/55 watts bulb it does give much more brightness. 4) Con:- A small cause of concern is regarding the amount of heat it produces and damage being done to the front glass of the headlight.

Factual experience with Philips Rally H4
A very bad experience with these purchase, firstly the product doesn't seems to be original philips as the box clearly states its made in China, another is the original badge shown on product box is not same when received, the box mentioned quality automotive grade and no genuine hologram of any sort. (refer images shared) Testing experience compared to my previous bulbs which were local made xenon 130/90 was poor of Philips 130/100 though it consumes 10 watt more. Also experienced tremendous amount of heat on headlight glass of my Ford Figo just after using it for 20 mins. My previous local bulbs were brighter and not at all generated heat on headlight glass even after ON time of 2hrs. Avoid this purchase, try getting same product from local stores or manufacturers. Cloudtale too selling duplicate products now a days. Thanks to Amazon they refunded the product amount, even though the product is non returnable.
