Well thought out, functional and well made.
I've had many remote's over the years for my Android TV boxes and all of them are lacking in one way or another.I've got 2 different manufacturers backlit remote's with air mouse function, good but the keyboards tactile feel leaves a lot to be desired and the cases look and feel like cheap plastic. A lot of flexing to the case when using the remote's keyboard. Nether of these remote's have a IR function that allows you to turn on the Android box.This Vontar remote feels good. Thought has gone into the design and manufacture of this remote. Plastic case is robust and feel's being made of a better quality of material. Keyboard has better feeling buttons and doesn't flex when using it.BUT: here's the best part. You can actually program the 5 top buttons to learn the IR functions from your TV and Andriod box. It WORKS. Following the simple instructions I programmed the buttons within 2 minutes.Now with this single remote I can now turn on/off my TV, Receiver and Andriod TV box. Brilliant.Excellent remote and real value for money.

A GENUINE MODERN UP TO DATE AIR MOUSE SUPERB!
After 3 tries and 3 returns this air mouse arrived today.Straight from thee box it worked fine,and programme to IR power button did just that so that it can actually at last turn on and off my android device,The item sits very well in the hand and is of a sturdy and strong construction.The keypad is the best Ive seen,BUT THE BIG THING ABOUT THIS MOUSE IS THE ISSUE DATE:look on Amazon at air mouse specs (Amazon are very good at that)most of the mouse for sale(or shoud that be mice) were put on the market in 2011/13.This one only came out in November of 2017 making it fully up to sate technology wise,plus it is in the time frame only 5 months old...some difference dont you think form 2011/13???I know which one I prefer....my only critisim , which I will take up with Amazon I seem to have received a 2nd hand model.,as packaging was all over the place with the remote protector full of bubble holes and skewwift (which normally happens when you try to replace it) plus noinstructions!!Other than that 100%

Love the keyboard and mouse but let down by poor quality receiver
Keyboard and mouse work great but the metal shell that surrounds the receiver got stuck in my NVIDIA Shield; contacted seller and they initially provided an instruction video showing how to remove and then tighten the metal which I did but the metal was bent out of shape so I asked for a replacement - replacement was provided but had the same issue so I have now used a USB extension cable to avoid damaging my Sheild (shame that a great product is let down by a poorly manufactured USB receiver!).

Impressed so far...
Only just got it, but very impressed so far. Using it for Kodi on a Raspberry Pi 3 - plugged in the dongle to the USB and it worked straight away. I had to use the keyboard mapper plugin in Kodi to map the menu button correctly, but otherwise up and running straight away. My only minor criticism would be that it doesn't have a play/pause button or a stop button. Play/pause is easily handled by using the space bar on the keyboard at the back though.Feels good in the hand, works well. I'm interested to know how well the battery lasts - assuming it's reasonable this is a great purchase.

High quality, Perfect keyboard
Fast Shipping , Good quality and Soft touch for remote. It's easy to set up and use without instructions but they were there if needed. I have used this for watching videos from my PC hooked up to a large TV, this makes it a lot easier to control the video and sound using the remote and the air mouse works very well. I also tried it with an android TV box and here again it worked very well especially the full qwerty keyboard before I used to get frustrated trying to type with a normal remote but this one makes it so much easier.

Great for teaching
Really like this air mouse - can be a bit jittery on the screen at times, but otherwise perfect for my classroom and the way I run lessons!

Didn’t really work for me , very complicated setup, very frustrating. maybe someone else will get on with it . Returned
