Used for automotive painting and refinish work. Works great for headlight restoration! Good price, Not bad for a non American made product. If your unfamiliar with air tools it could prove slightly troublesome to change the backing plate. Comes with a small pin and Allen wrench. There’s a hole on the bottom side of the neck. Spin the backing plate until the pin catches the hole inside and then you can unscrew the backing plate and change out to larger or smaller sized backing plate. It comes assembled with the 2” backing plate on it. And seriously guys learn how to spell...it’s UPGRADED not UPGRATED!

This sander is awesome! Orbits smoothly and the regulater works well. Ive used it daily for a couple months no issues. I polish small plastic parts and use this to save on paper cost over my 6 inch model.

Solid little piece of equipment, bought to polish headlights but the action of the D/A is very small. It may be better suited for other uses, but I found my 6” air D/A with hook n loop pads gets jobs done much faster.

I don't have many hours on it yet but a nifty unit for tight spaces.

Had to mod wiring for my 06 Yaris. Hi beam had to be reversed with low beam. Instructions useless. Once I got them working, is as happy. Light is adequate, they are DOT approved. Lenses nice and. Lead for now.

If you are looking for a mini orbital sander for polishing paint or looking to redo headlights this is your tool. It did an amazing job refinishing headlights on a number of my vehicles so far. It’s a soild tool right there with snap on and IR.

I have been using the orbital sander since purchase. Couple things you should know.1. The Air adapter for your air hose... Do NOT use. I used pipe sealer specifically for air ... did not work. Purchased a new one at home depot.2. There is a little connector that expels the air away from your hands... Fell off. the Allen wrench to tighten is WAY small. Keeps falling off.3. The rubber hand grip... keeps moving. CheepOverall - Not bad, but a little two pricey for the quality.

Tank läuft der Motor permanent bei 1 bar Druck?Scheibe dreht, aber fast keine Abtrag Material (Buchenholz).2-Kolben Kompressor 50 Ltr. 2,2kW 10 bar, Abgabeleistung: 286 L/min. 2,2KW- Motor läuft ständig bei 3,5 bar Druck.Bei vollem 50 Litertank und 10 bar für 5-6s gutes Arbeiten. Gerät liegt gut in der Hand. Das war es aber auch schon.Schlechte Energieeffizient. Der angegebene Luftverbrauch von 113 l/min ist nicht realistisch. Gute Bewertungen sind für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Bei 2,2KW und diesem hohen Druckluftverbrauch werde ich lieber einen elektrischen 350 Watt Exenterschleifer verwenden um Strom zu sparen.Gerät geht zurück.

Habe meine alte MZ Es 250 damit restituiert.Ich kann mich nicht beschweren. Hat immer zuverlässig seinen Dienst verrichtet. Luftverbrauch ist natürlich nicht zu verachten da dieser sehr hoch ist. Minimale Voraussetzung 100LIch hatte erst mit einen 50L Tank angefangen aber der Schleifer verbraucht viel Luft so das der Kompressor permanent läuft um den Druck wiederherzustellen.

Aussehen und Handlichkeit gut. Leider ist die Funktion nicht optimal.1. Das Gerät verbraucht auch im passiven Zustand sehr viel Luft. Ventilsitz und Zuschaltstössel sind mangelhaft verarbeitet, die Folge ist eine hohe Leckmenge. Technich ist dieses Problem sicher lösbar.2. Skala der Luftvolumenreduzierschraube wird erst nach Öffnen verständlich. (leider nur Kugelhahnprinzip)3. Gerät ist nicht empfehlenswert. Ich reklamiere es.

Bin mit diesem Produkt sehr zufrieden kann ich nur jedem empfehlen leiser und ruhiger Lauf nicht zu vergessen die Maschine muss mit Spezialöl geölt werden sonst laufen die Lamellen trocken und nehmen schaden so hat man ein Gerät bester Qualität

Sehr gute Qualität und sehr handlich. Genau das was ich für meine Arbeiten gesucht habe. Ich kann diesen Schleier nur weiterempfehlen.
