I work from home and my hips get tired of being in one position. I trade out for this chair when that happens. I cannot sit in it all day though. My knees get sore. It definitely helps my hips and forces me sit up straight. I like that part. The foot rest is under my desk always though. It is removable and feels great to rest my feet on. It rolls also for more movement. The chair was easy to assemble.

Came quickly! Super easy instructions and easy to put together! Super comfortable! Very happy! All that said, I just put it together this morning--so I'll update the review in the future, if necessary. My experience has been very nice. - The little tool provided is helpful and (I think) pretty ingenious. - Took me, a 60 yo woman, about half an hour to read the instructions and put it together. - -I made a modification and installed part B upside down, so that the screw hole were on the bottom, not facing up. So far it's been fine. I did this for aesthetic reasons. - It's easy to adjust! I'm 5'9" and had it set int he middle notches... and just adjusted it. Now it's even better. - The material is nice, even the footrest pillow...which I wasn't expecting to be so nice. - The rocking feature is very nice, too! - It's light enough to easily move... but sturdy and doesn't feel or look "cheap." So far, I think this is a great product and I'm super happy with it! *BONUS BENEFIT! The cat can't jump in my lap! I highly recommend this if you're at a desk all day!

Here's the basic deets. This kneeling chair manufacturer can thank my place of employment for buying this because their office chairs are junk and hurt my posture. Easy to assemble, took about 30 minutes working careful and slow, and my son helped, however one person could do it with no problem, it was just more helpful for me personally with kne holding the side piece while one inserts the bolt screws. Instructions were clear and in picture format. Wood seems sturdy and the black finish on the wood is nice. Good quality cushions. The adhesive felt strips that line the bottom wood frame which provide a protective barrier from the hard floors was a very nice added feature. I can't speak for longevity on this product because it's bran new, but I'll add an update if any issues occur later down the road of prolonged usage. It's adjustable for different people's heights. Be aware this chair will not hold up to weight over 165 lbs. I am 190 lbs, so there shouldn't be an issue with weight for me. Now I just need to get it in my vehicle and take it to work. Cat might protest but she'll live.

Best purchase ever!! Sleek, rustic, comfortable & attractive kneeling chair. Because of the shape, it is necessary to get up every 30-45 minutes to stretch and get your circulation moving. Well worth it!! It especially helps with having the round cushion for your feet. Do not purchase one without it.

Product seems unstable. We are going to add wood to it to prevent it from shifting left to right. Also the pillow that came included is not the right color and doesn’t match the rest of the unit. We ordered a black unit and the pillow is for the grey model.

I'm a 5'2", plump old lady, and I wanted this chair to help my posture. I'm VERY glad I purchased it, cause it's comfortable, sturdy, and I love the rocking feature. It was also easy to put together and adjust for my height/body type. Definitely worth the price, but the ONE thing I don't like is that it came with a few small scratch marks. I may get some black paint to cover them up, but it's not bad enough to make me want to return or exchange it.

I wish I’d bought this chair twenty years ago! I set it on ‘medium’ out of the box, and knew I’d nailed it first try. Just finished my first 3-hour-sitting session. No back pain. So happy!

The chair is larger than I thought but it is super comfortable and is great for my posture; it makes me sit up straight, while being comfortable.
