It says "Other ingredients... 99.983% Anybody know what 99.983% of the bottle contains?

Will this disinfect or sanitize mattress?

This is a very long time light formula; I would use it on skin or on some hard surfaces, but probably would not use it with a mattress, upholstery, etc. For those things you are probably better off with a diluted bleach or non-chlorine alternative.
