I was introduced to this product through my hair specialist. She used some on my hair and I have never in my life had more soft, shiny and beautiful hair. You don't need very much of it. I have thick curly hair. I expect that someone with fine or thin hair wouldn't need such a product but this is absolutely fantastic for those of us that have thick or curly or coarse hair. It actually will help to train your hair but in the meantime your hair is really soft. Be careful not to use too much but I use it almost every night, just a small amount to continue to moisturize my ends. It works absolutely fantastic. It's like magic

This thermal spray really works. I have thick and coarse hair, I apply this spray to the ends of my hair before blow-drying and after they become soft, shiny and smell great.
