All pods have micro plastics that get into your clothes and water supply. It’s convenient but what are the long term consequences of this dissolving film? First off don’t bother ordering from the website their logistics are terrible. It takes them 2+weeks to fill orders. Customer service is rude and condescending when I inquired about the shipping time. I was on their auto-ship that ships whenever they feel like, weeks after I have run out of their product. What’s the point of having auto ship. I promptly cancelled my orders. Now I only order through Amazon where I get it the usually the same day and when promised. I’ve referred many family and friends to their products only to be met with the terrible customer service. Embarrassing. The detergent itself is amazing! I have a toddler and a dirty husband. Their products get the clothes fresh and clean! With one BIG caveat. Soft water is an absolute must for good cleaning power. I live in phoenix with terribly hard water. I have a water softener, if my salts are running low and I do laundry I notice the cleaning effectiveness is significantly reduced. If you have hard water I suspect you will be disappointed by this laundry detergent. Good stuff. Bad service

I really like the Dropps products, but the product website spends a lot of time trying to force buyers into the auto refills and this just doesn't work for me. This of course sends me to Amazon to buy this product because I get very tired of having to delay and delay the next refill, no matter which product from this company that I am buying. I don't need lots of any clothes washing product stacked in front of my washer in my condo just in case I run out and have to buy more asap. Amazon does that for me without signing up for auto refills. I like buying just what I need when I need it, whether it is dish soap, clothing soap, or window cleaner because that's my life style and I am only in a household of 2 adults. thank you Amazon!

I just keep coming back to these over and over 🤷🏻‍♀️. They don’t have a strong scent and I didn’t care for the fabric softener because it didn’t dissolve completely but these work well, dissolve completely, and are super easy to use. We have a giant washer so I usually have to use 2-4 for a large load but it’s worth it to my family. I like things that use no plastic and this makes me feel good about my purchase. I wish they’d try detergent sheets though to save even more on carbon footprint. Regardless, I’ll most likely keep coming back to this. I tried others- Frey, Mrs. Myers, Dirty Labs, and Everspring and this is just the best one thus far. I do still use with Mrs. Meyers lavender dryer sheets.

Why why why must companies change a product people already love? I am fragrance sensitive but still like a fresh natural scent to the clean laundry. The Lavender Eucalyptus was pure perfection. Now it's Lavender Meadow which is more floral and I barely tolerate it. I'm afraid to try either of the other scents based on similar reviews. The plain cardboard packaging was fine, fully reusable as a shipping box or recyclable - and STACKABLE- as it was, for those of us who subscribe and need to store back stock. Now it's a pyramid of some sort that can't be stacked or used for anything. Please don't make changes just for the sake of novelty! You had a perfect product before.

I tried drops from a Facebook add. That was at least 5 years ago. I love this environmentally sound company and detergent to wash clothes in. Everything including their o I-pods work great. I use the naturally and lightly scented eucalyptus lavender scent and I love it. It cleans your laundry very well too! We have a barn and animals and trust me it cleans. Droops has an amazing line of great quality products. I use to order off their website but it so much more convenient for me to use my Amazon account instead.
