I was apprehensive about trying any massager. I am very grateful I tried this one. It really works great for me. My shoulder get very tight. I hate spending time and money on frequent messages that only last a couple days. This massager really gets deep into my muscle tissue. I like how I can move it around in didn't positions on my neck and shoulders. Also, it's very easy to pull down on the side straps for more pressure. Took me a few minutes to get cordenated but once I did it was great. I highly recommend trying this model massager. It co.es with a nice travel bag so I can easily take it everywhere I travel too. Great engineering on this device.

I was unaware that this product was sold a used item. Had I known this i would’ve paid $60 bucks for it. I know that it is used because the box had been opened, it had not been sealed, the plastic packaging bags was wadded up under the travel bag and the item was in the travel bag, which was more expensive than one without the travel bag. The item had batteries in it and it didn’t have an owners manual or anything to say how to use it and what the control buttons are. New, slightly new or used should have been disclosed to the customer. Giving the customer a choice. That did not happen in this case. Very Disappointed!!

Tl;Dr Get this if you have knots in your neck from poor posture. I have occasional tightness and discomfort at the base of my neck and this works quickly and effectively in getting rid of them. Great feature is you can fasten it to your back for hands-free operation and can move about freely since it is also cordless. Long(er) story: I've had one of older style shiatsu neck massagers for 10 years and the PU was degrading, plus it just stopped working. I decided to try this since it looked more compact, is cordless, price was right, and reviews were decent. GREAT decision, seeing it IRL confirmed it is much more compact and it comes with a bag so I don't have finagle the long flapping arms when storing it. I cannot attest to its durability since I've only used it 1x but I am hoping this stays with me for a long time.
