Had issues with getting it connected, but the support came through and now it is great.
It was a long process through Loot Crate, and eventually I just bought it from one61 instead. I had some issues with connecting it to my phone, but after talking to the support, I was able to eventually get everything working. Other than the minor hiccup to begin with, I am starting to really enjoy the watch.

Battery Life is too Short
Battery life is extremely short. I have the brightness turned to the lowest setting. I am only getting notifications for texts and calls. My battery will not even last 12 hours for the most part. Don't know if I got a bad battery or not, but cannot change out the battery to find out. Honestly, huge Batman fan so got this watch but really disappointed with it's performance. I do not wear it to bed and charge it each night as it is dead by the time I get home from work. Today it didn't even last 8 hours.

Wasted Gift
Doesn't stay charged and never stays connected to your phone. The watch looks great, but it isn't usable as it dies so quickly.

Love this watch!
This watch is beyond the best thing ever for a huge batman fan and instantly fell in love with it I NEEDED TO BUY IT been eyeing it for 2 years! :)

One61 has shut down
I bought this watch directly from One61. Now that they've shut down, anything that the watch depended on the app for no longer works. About the only useful thing from that was phone notifications and phone finder. That's gone now. But, without the app the watch can still track steps with some statistics (Crime Fighting), the Patrol Reminder, Sleep Goal, communicate with voice assistant, sync your contacts, make/receive phone calls with use of a speaker and mic to communicate, control your music player and camera, an alarm clock, a calendar (watch only), and a stopwatch/timer. Since One61 has bowed-out it would be SO NICE if they would have left the watch compatible with Wear OS or Watch OS. I have tried several times to get Watch OS to connect to this watch but it never works. When One61 was still operating the app and watch had persistent connectivity issues (with BLE) and now that they're gone there's no hope of receiving phone notifications (except incoming calls) and as far as i know the watch will not connect to any other app.
