I got this gift for my girlfriend who regularly gets cramps when it’s that time of the month and she says it’s been helping her so far. It also has been helping her with back pains so I’m giving it a 5 star review and a good value for your money. Has good heat and massage settings. It also has a timer that self sets off plus it’s cordless. So far it hasn’t broken down like it says in the reviews but we will see how long it lasts.

I was expecting a battery operated device, but it came with a standard charging cord which is better. So far it heats up pretty quick and holds charge well. Exceeded my expectations for sure!

Omg!!! Get it!!!! Soft inside padding, different vibration modes, different heat settings. The waist band clip is so user friendly and it stretches to the sky. Perfect pressure. My waist is 46inches around belly button. Rechargeable!!!
