I have a 3.5 year old child on the spectrum and these have been LIFE CHANGING. I have tried so many supplements trying to find something that works. My child has been a terrible sleeper since birth. He would stay up until 11pm and get up at 3am, waking up in between. This pattern was leading me to a complete burn out. With these gummies, he goes to sleep quickly and stays asleep!! I give him one gummie at bathtime and then quickly brush teeth, read a book, put a sound machine on, etc. He is asleep within 30mins. No tantrums, nothing. He can't fight falling asleep, it's amazing. He will sleep 12 hours straight. Now that he sleeps, he has better days and I have the energy to take care of him. I will also add that I have been giving him one in the mornings lately because of his hyperactivity and tantrums in the morning. This stuff works fantastic and it's natural. These have been a nice, gentle option for bedtime. My kids take them without any issues and seem more calm at night. Not super strong, but that’s kind of the point. Happy with them so far.
