Excessively Dry
Almost dry as dust, with no flavour beyond bitterness. The portion we received was generous but machine sliced thinly with the bone still in, so we would have to pick this out of the meat before consuming. Shelf life was two days from arrival. All in all, this ham is very disappointing.

Uneatable
I first tried this ham a few months ago. It was good. The recent batch was dry and cut as thin as paper. I struggled through a few mouthfuls but threw the rest away. I won't order again unless I get reassurance that it is back to its former standard.
