Do It
I was utterly terrified to do an enema. I had a super painful piece that I could not pass. It was a little difficult to squeeze the bottle by myself and I did have to ask my husband for some help. Once the urge came on, it took a few moments and some determination but I was finally able to pass it. If you are afraid like I was, fear not. The worst part was the tummy cramps after but honestly it just felt like I had eaten something bad. Great product for an awkward thing to talk about!
