Poor Purchase Experience
TV isn't HD quality, user interface is so poor and seems like it's a third class chineses copy of TCL

Lags, freezes between apps and picture quality is below average.
Honestly disappointed with this purchase. Terrible lag and everything takes a long time to load and then freezes up. Its brand new without any apps or heavy. The picture quality is worse than my 32 inch tv from 2021. TLC definitely went backwords with their budget TVs and i dont believe i will be sticking to this brand again.

โMy TCL QLED 32S5K turns on for a few seconds and then shuts off automatically. The TV is only 3 months old. This looks like a backlight or power protection issue.โ
