They arrived healthy, active and fat
The shipment was stuck in USPS facility for 9 days. I was surprised all the snails survived in shipment for 9 days.They arrived healthy, active and fat. I love the solid black color.

Purchase with Great Caution!
Not a good purchase for myself. I got them 5 days late and the water bags were busted and they were all dead. Absolutely filthy water as well as not enough water to keep them alive while in transport. Each one of my snails were dead. Not worth your money especially if you want live snails not dead. I had really high hopes for these guys. I will not be ordering again

Amazing snails
Super fast shipping and they were all fat and healthy snails!!! Only 2 passed thru shipping but I bought 30 so that’s great odds!!!!They were very active as soon as they got in my tankI will be buying more from this seller

Just sad
I'm surprised they lived, as there was very little water, and no oxygen in the bag. I get it's considered a pest snail, but they're still living beings.

Outstanding for algae control in a greenhouse water tank
As an annual customer for these voracious little snails that fully contain the algae for the three-season growing period in a 500-gallon thermal mass water tank, I love the new packaging with the plastic serving container--I was able to see just how alive they were before putting them into that large tank. Thanks for supplying a great product!

It's stone dead
I wish to complain about these snails what I purchased from this very boutique.They're passed on. These snails are no more. The have ceased to be. They've expired and gone to meet their maker. These are late snails. They're a stiff. Bereft of life, they rest in peace. If you hadn't popped their packaging they would be pushing up the daisies. They've rung down the curtain and joined the choir invisible. These are Ex-Snails.

Worth it, now we have hundreds!
The media could not be loaded. Only complaint I have is the ones we originally bought died fairly quick. Good news was they laid clutches of eggs ALL OVER before they died off. We now have hundreds of them! Happy & healthy.
