Horrible. The consistency was very loose(pickle juice) very very loose. Do not buy. I emailed them. Email no good. I called them no one got back to me. Bad product if you want pickle taste just put mayo on your sandwich then put pickles on it. No consumer response

So I used to watch Molly Baz on YouTube all the time before and during the pandemic, which led me to follow her on Instagram which is where I originally learned about Ayoh. Originally, I wanted to buy the Dijonayo, but accidenlty bought the other one I wanted to try the Hot Giardinayo. This sando sauce is incredible. I was shocked at how much I really enjoyed it. I wasn’t exactly sure what I was going to use it for, but I started trying it on my egg sandwiches in the morning and it’s great. I also had some chicken fingers and started making my own snack wraps at home with it and also so good. My only gripe is that it is a bit expensive, but it is so worth it.

I have liked this condiment. When it arrived during a 95 degree day, I brought it in immediately but the temperature of the bottle itself was frighteningly hot. I paid 13 or 14 dollars for this item, so I refrigerated it and tried it the next day. It has not made me sick yet, so it did survive the shipping process. I like it with the pickle relish in there and have enjoyed it most on fish sandwiches. I gave 4 stars because, due to the cost, I probably won't order again unless I can find it at a more tolerable price. Overall, it is a nice condiment that anyone loving the taste of relish should try at least once!

We have Chicago Beef sandwiches with real, Chicago giardiniera regularly. This stuff tastes exactly as it sounds giardiniera + mayo and is good on all kinds of sandwiches. It would be great as a dip too. It has a thick, chunky consistency and a good amount of heat like its mama (giardiniera). This will become a regular staple in our house!

It arrived separated pretty badly. The instructions said that if it it was really hot or really cold in the mail that it was possible this would happen. The mayo "may look ugly" but it's still edible. I shook it up to try to reincorporate some of the oil but it didn't help. Upon taste, it tastes okay. When it says "creamy" I figured the bits would be sporadic throughout the mayo, but no it is in every single bit of this stuff. It's chunky, not creamy. Despite being dill pickle flavored, it's more garlic with dill pickle in it flavored. Not the best experience I've had sauce wise but it's definitely different. Some people have suggested buying it straight from Ayoh to see if that fixed the huge separation issue, so maybe try that if you want to give it chance.

This is our favorite sauce! So yummy for a simple dish like beef&rice or in a sandwich. Perfect for a pickle lover
