Iwicker Patio Rattan Steel Folding Bistro Set, All Weather Resistant Wicker, 3 PCS Set of Foldable Garden Table with Top Glass and Chairs with Arms

I loved the set I just purchased at the end of July 2020, after receiving it & into week 3 since it's been placed out on my balcony usually folded since I'm in the middle of redoing the balcony, this is happening. Today I notice a piece of the wicker strip raised, upon further examination the 2nd chair has the same issue, the same strip. Now mind you we are in sunny LA, California where the weather is nice. I must also say no one here is overweight, between myself & my 21 year old son, since the pandemic there is no traffic here. The material seems to have shrinkage, it's not broken or snapped apart as you can see if you zoom in. I was looking online to buy a couple of outdoor cushions to put on them but quickly changed my mind knowing that this would probably get worse. It's way to soon for something like this to be happening. I'm posting this review the same day I emailed the seller of this issue. I did request replacement chairs, along with sending these 2 chairs back. I will post a follow up review on the outcome once this issue has been resolved with seller.Hopefully I will be able to raise it to 4 stars, on follow up, I really love the set but hate this hassle!Follow Up Review 9-7-2020:After contacting the seller in which they did respond immediately! The pics I posted here are the same ones I sent to the seller. They determined that the chairs where still able to be used. They then offered me a credit which we settled at a final amount of $43.80, credited back to my original payment method. I then purchased a pair of outdoor patio cushions to cover & or take direct pressure off the shrinkage areas. Hopefully it will hold up, if there is a major change in the shrinkage over the next year, I'll do another follow up review. Again the seller was very professional, doing exactly what they agreed to! Would certainly purchase again from this company in the future!

This is an awesome three piece set which fits perfectly on our balcony and is very comfortable. There was a small issue when the set first arrived, (almost certainly caused by the courier) but I found the awesome people at Iwicker got back to me IMMEDIATELY and resolved the problem straight away. Get balcony set, great company. Very communicative and highly recommended! I will definitely be buying products from them again.

I have a small deck and was looking for something to fit. All the Bistro table and chairs I came across had no back support what so ever. Just a small section at the top of the chairs. If you tried to put a pillow on it, the pillow would fall through. That's how large the gaps were. I came across this set and immediately wanted it. The design of the chairs and color was perfect. I have used them constantly since I received it. If your looking for something compact yet elegant. As well as folding and easy storage. This is it. You cannot go wrong with this set!

For the price this is a great set of outdoor furniture, has a small table and two chairs. The chairs could be a higher quality build as they like to start the collapse process when adjusting positioning, but i beat my expectation given the price of the set.Table is great, not the highest quality build but given the price it is an excellent value. The glass is built into the table so when it collapses it is easily portable and a good size. My only issue is in the weaving of the table as it isn't as tight as i would have hoped, but it is for personal use in my back yard or front patio (easy enough to move that I have no issues moving the set between the two depending on my needs for the day).

Great for a small patio or a balcony. Very good looking and functional. No need to assemble which is a plus. I love it that the chairs and table fold. This makes them easy to store or put away temporarily. I recommend this product. The furniture seems to be weather resistant - it snowed and rained few times and there is no visible damage.

Bought 2 of these and absolutely love them. Sooooo much nicer than the pictures - was really overjoyed when I opened the boxes! They're not just sturdy but really pretty. Very happy w this purchase! No assembly and packed well.

No assembly required, we took the table and chairs out of the box, unfolded them and that was it. We have used them for snacks, meals, drinks and just sitting an enjoying.Be aware of the size, the table is really only big enough for two if people are eating, so it is great for couples or one person but not for v3 or more.

This set was exactly what I wanted, no assembly ready to go right out the box, looks very high-end and fits perfectly on my small patio. The bamboo is well constructed and the color is perfect. Very comfortable without pillows. The set was well secured in the delivery box. Highly recommend!!
