So Disappointed with the Redesign
I bought the Avantalk Lingo N21 to replace my Avantalk Lingo I had loaned to a friend. I really liked the original Lingo - not so much the Lingo N21 redesign. (1) the headphone speaker modules are only slightly larger than on the original Lingo but are rectangle instead of round and slightly uncomfortable. (2) The tiny volume buttons and On/Off button are crammed together. The On/Off button is now located between the two volume control buttons. All are so tiny it is almost impossible to press the On/Off button without adjusting the volume. (3) Switched from a USB cable charge to a magnetic specific charging cable dock. Why? I realize you can just use the charging cable without the dock but now you have to drag around a device specific charging cable instead of using a USB cable. (4) The entire build of the Lingo N21 just feels more flimsy than the original Lingo. I realize this is a low end device but the original design was excellent. Why change it?

Es peor que la version anterior.
La nueva version es peor que la anterior, antes se cargaba con usb tipo c y ahora necesita una base o un cable especial, es muy poco practico. Solo compre este porque ya tenia el otro (open ear) y con este estoy muy decepcionado. La version open ear tiene mejor diseño. Cambiaron el switch por un botón. Ahora es difícil saber si el micrófono esta encendido o apagado. Antes solo veía la posición del switch. También el tamaño se redujo. Hicieron que el producto se vea mejor pero sacrificaron mucho. Si pueden comprar la version anterior háganlo es mucho mejor

I like these because of the stand. Had to return for a replacement as stand not charging headphones. Replaced immediately and no issues with replacement
