I ordered this item listed as brand new, but the pair I received is clearly used and in unacceptable condition. The shoes show signs of prior wear and do not match the product shown in the listing photos. Selling a used item as new is misleading and unacceptable. I am requesting an immediate refund or a replacement with a truly new item. This item was advertised and sold as new, but the shoes I received are clearly used and different from the product shown in the listing. This is false representation of the product. I expect an immediate resolution with a full refund or a replacement with a new item.

I'm giving these shoes 4 out of 5 stars only because I haven't worn them to much. The four star score is based on, true to size, which means if you order a US 9 that's what you get, or an EU42 that's also what you get and this is not consistent with all shoes. Comfort, they are surprisingly comfortable for a dress shoe, and style, NICE a nice looking shoe for business or going to a wedding or any formal wear. A 5th star would have been for how long they last with reasonable wear. But I haven't had them long enough to make that call, everything else is great.
