Very well built and quiet

I’m of average height and even with the seat fully forward the handle bars are a little too far away

This is a great bike for the price. It was easy to assemble and I’m an old lady. The seat is perfect and the bike itself is solid. I would recommend purchasing this stationary bike.

Update to previous review. I still love the bike. The company sent an upgraded seat t replace the one that came with the bike. It is wider and seems a little harder. To be honest, I was getting used to the original one. Overall, I am definitely giving the bike and company 5 stars. I reached out via email on the weekend after assembling the bike and as soon as the next business day, they were contacting me. EXCELLENT customer service and a great product. I would definitely recommend the company.

The handle bars are a little too far away and i can’t get them closer as the seat it won’t move any closer either over all I like the bike and use it 5 days a week

I am updating my previous review and giving 5 star rating after I had contacted the seller, I am very pleased with the response I received and the care given to make sure each and every issue I mentioned has been resolved to my satisfaction. Initially for the activity display board I was offered a spare part sensor, but I mentioned I can’t able to replace it on my own and it is the most complex task, Merach gave me a replacement bike immediately and I am able to assemble it past week and it is perfectly working, this is great. Further, Merach went one step above and beyond and gave me reimbursement for purchasing a third party pedals that fits our requirements, this is called customer first approach, I highly recommend Merach products, you can’t go wrong with them when you have such a great customer service!!! ————————————————//// I am not happy with the product, the installation was straight forward but the product has some serious defects as listed below 1. The display screen is not working , it shows always zeros and doesn’t catch any activity, all the wiring is done as recommended 2. The foot pedals have spikes that you cannot use the cycle with bare foot, you can get easily hurt 3. Dumbbell stand fixture is not sturdy, it just pulls the fixture down and I assume very soon it’s going to break it easily if I move couple of times back and forth I am willing to update my feedback if above issues are resolved

This item does not operate as advertised. The screen no longer works and the flywheel is not silent, it squeaks moves and is overall unstable and particularly noisy. After less than 3 months of limited use the machine is essentially unusable. It is impossible to to tell what the resistance is or distance traveled and the operation is impacted by the instability of the wheel and pedal connection (which I have repeatedly tightened and lubricated to no avail). I reached out to customer service but received no recourse for the issue. Save your time and money and purchase from a more reputable brand.

The assembly took a while, but the directions are clear. The bike works well, but the display screen is hard to read.
