It’s sleepy time!
I have been on the hunt for a sleep aid supplement that would actually work. I came across Black Forest Ashwagandha Magnesium Sleep Aid and I love it has 6 in 1 benefits. I’ll be trying them for the first time, and I just know they will work for me!

Asleep way faster.
I’ve been using the Black Forest Ashwagandha Magnesium Sleep Aid for a little while now and I’m really impressed. It helps me relax at night and fall asleep faster without feeling groggy in the morning. Does not work
This products does not work. I was awake every hour. I bought this to get off other pills that are harmful. Tried to reach out to the company but with no response. This company does make other products that are good. But now you have to ask yourself about the company. I do not recommend this product.

A great combo that works
It's got the right combo for sleep, in my informed opinion. Sometimes, it seems, that I get a better result after backing down from the three capsules to one or two.

With any supplement purchase, you should be skeptical. I can't speak to the quality of ingredients or accuracy of the dosing for the included supplements but I can say this did absolutely nothing for me.

Works great for sleep aid, but can mess up your guts
My sleep is AMAZING after starting this. But sweet baby Zeus…… my guts are having a hard time digesting. The gas is horrible. My tummy hurts so bad because of how much there is. Eat yogurt if you’re taking it, I promise you’ll feel better. 😭
