ボーンブロスのストック用に4つ購入しました。冷凍、レンジでの解凍に問題なく使用しています。たまに漏れるので横置きはしないようにしています。あと、パッキンがしっかりしているのか蓋を開けれない時があります。以前は袋タイプの保存容器を使用していましたが、袋だと変な形で冷凍されてしまうこともあり冷凍庫内のごちゃつき、袋の破損などの漏れがあり困っていました。こちらの商品でこれらが解消されストレスフリーです。

自宅用のヨーグルトソースを作り、保管するために４つほど買いました。熱を加えるのは、煮沸消毒する時だけです。まだ1年半しか使っていませんので、煮沸は１回〜３回。縦に置く分には問題ないです。この夏、レモンソースを作る際に、ソースを加熱せずレモンとざらめ糖だけで作りましたので短時間ですがゆっくりと転がしてお砂糖と果汁を馴染ませる工程が必要でした。（１日数回、２日間ほど）その時、１本だけ漏れてしまうものがあり大変残念でした。乾き物や縦置きだけなら欠点は感じなかったと思います。
