Update... Product stops working!
UPDATE: The device stops working randomly. I have to take the whole dashboard out and replug the device. It works for some days and then it stops again. Not worth it.Pros:- The installation was relatively easy. I used some YouTube videos from other brands to support my installation process. The package came with all the wires I needed and there is also a diagram explaining where the wires should be plugged.- It's a huge upgrade from the original device in the car. I also bought the Android Auto option and now I have everything available on the screen. It works as it supposed to.- The sound is great, really loud and clean.- Customer service. I wrote several times to the sellers and they responded always quickly and respectfully, trying to find a solution/response to my questions/issues. I really appreciated this.- You can download apps, bring your own music in different formats, even videos through the multiple USB cables they provide (mine has four and one only for charging purposes).Cons:- The radio signal is not the best. It is great if you are parked, but it starts having some interference as soon as you start driving. For some people, this could be a minor issue considering all the options you have to stream your music or show, but it's kind of annoying to me since I still listen to some local radio stations.- You cannot use Android Auto (or Apple CarPlay) and then switch to phone mirroring. You have to change this on the factory settings and then restart the radio. It takes time and it's not worth it. I decided to leave the configuration to always use Android Auto and, as I said, it works perfectly.- Since it's a touchscreen, buttons like home, back, volume up, and volume down are kind of difficult to find (I mean... I know they are on the left panel). If you are driving, this could be a little bit distracting. I have to say that with the time you get used to finding the buttons, but it also takes a couple of touches to hit the right spot (volume up and down are the ones giving me this issue). I often use the steering wheel controls instead.Overall, I'm satisfied with the product.

GREAT PRODUCT
Although the stereo is Plug and Play I had to look for a video on YouTube on how to install it since the stereo does not come with a manual, but it was something very easy to do.It has a good sound, although you have to calibrate it with the equalizer, it took me a couple of days to find a way to make it the way I wanted it.The radio does not pick up many radio stations, I will have to buy an amplifier to improve that.and finally, for some reason that I have not found a solution, neither in the car connections, nor in the stereo settings, the iMID screen of my Honda stays on after turning off the car under certain circumstances, if I turn off the car and I locked it with the control, the iMID display turns off, and if for some reason after a while I open the trunk, unlock the car, the screen turns on and does not turn off, I have to open the key and close it to turn it off the screen.

Terrible.
It doesn't come with instructions of any sort. Not even in the product description. You'll need a special tool just to take out/put it in. Doesn't say that in the description either. It also says it comes with all cables (as far as wiring it does) but the way the description is wprded it leads you to believe that it comes with an aux cord but it doesn't. I don't know how well it works yet because I still haven't gotten it in my car yet. Hoping it at least works well. It worked fine for a while. Touch screen isn't very sensitive. Now some of the functions are just frozen. So yeah this is a piece of crap. Don't waste your money.

Buy it. U won’t regret it.
Really nice looking. I got it today and installed it right away. Screen is very big. I’m still trying to understand some features but it seems really nice. Worth every Penny.

Contact them before leaving review. Well Worth The Money!
Lots of complaints about this device pausing inadvertantly. Turned out to be that you need to UNCHECK Audio in your bluetooth settings. Worked fine after that. Once I figured out the SWC they work fine too as does the backup camera. I use MediaMonkey to sync my music and works great as well as Tasker to activate my Hotspot as soon as the Bluetooth is connected. Buy this if you have a 9th Gen Civic! Communication with them is awesome with any issue and NO I dont work for the company.....
