I have been using this product for years now. I have recommended Nopal Gold to many friends and relatives. I am writing this review to help people who are in pain and rely on Naproxen and other anti-inflammatory meds to get relief. I saw an infomercial about a product called Nopelina. It was explaining the benefit and healing properties of the Nopal Cactus when used to control inflammation. The infomercial was so convincing that I started researching the Nopal Cactus (prickly pear). I decided to give it a try because I will choose natural over meds any day of the week and I was sick of taking Naproxen with only fair results. I have had 2 surgeries on my shoulder. My pain was so bad after my surgeries that I couldn't even raise my arm. Playing baseball with my son was an impossibility. I tried acupuncture, band therapy, everything! I looked into the price of Nopelina, it was too costly, I then looked into alternatives. I found and purchased Dynamic Health Nopal Gold. IT CHANGED MY LIFE. Sounds a little much but its true. I now have full circular motion of my rotator cuff, I haven't had that in 15 years!! I can throw a baseball with no pain. Of all the products I have tried in my life, no product has changed my life. Doctors don't want to recommend this, why would they. This kind of product keeps them out of the operating room and keeps people off of meds. I am telling you, if you have pain, its probably from inflammation and this is the best for controlling that. If you are planning to have surgery, TRY THIS FIRST. I have used this product for 3 years. I will take this for the rest of my life. One shot glass first thing in the morning on an empty stomach has given me a pain free life. Good luck, no one should live in pain or take endless anti inflammation and pain pills to live pain free.

This cactus juice is great. My sister recommended it several months before I decided to use it. At first I thought it was some quack remedy but the pain became so great that I was willing to try anything. I looked at the reviews for this one and ordered it. I had been in a great deal of pain for months. About three days after I started drinking this juice about 6 ounces a day. That's 2 ounces three-times a day the pain started to subside. After drinking this juice for a full week the pain was much less and after three weeks the pain was gone. I tested the remedy by discontinuing this juice. After a few weeks the pain was back. Now I'm convinced. This cactus juice works great on inflammation. Doesn't taste that great but I don't care, it works! It almost eliminated my pain. If there is a better cactus juice out there I would love to hear about it because this one is great! It is not delicious. It's thick and gritty. Also it seems to be a little inconsistent. The first bottle I had one consistency the next few bottles had different consistencies but they all seem to work great. I have bought several bottles and plan to buy it until I no longer need it. Wouldn't that be nice. Buy his juice if you have inflammation and pain!!

Boy - this stuff tastes terrible. I can't even begin to explain how much I hate taking a capful of this in the morning. I gag every time and nearly puke the stuff up. At first, it doesn't seem like it's going to be terrible. It has a light scent and the initial taste is very bland. But oh boy, the second you swallow and it starts creeping towards your esophagus, it's hell in a bottle. I drink it over the sink every morning in case I'm going to puke it out. The consistency and color aren't appealing either. It's a baby food green and has a slimy viscosity.Just to prime this next section: I suffer from a thyroid problem, an undiagnosed neurological problem that gives me strokes at 28, as well as so many other problems. Full body swelling, edema, vasculitis, seizures, and.. everything in the book.My thyroid has been mostly under control, but I still felt mentally slow, exhausted, and ached everywhere. After a week, my energy has improved. It's not where I was before I became ill, but there is definitely an improvement. Every other day I take nopal in pill form too. Since my gut is destroyed and I cant absorb too many nutrients, I think it's an excellent supplementation. When I double up, I have all the energy in the world. It's impossible to keep up with myself.I would give this four stars if it didn't taste like dead people smell. It works.

I did not like this because the taste was bad and I saw no results. I tried other brands of cactus juices that didn't taste bad at all and one was actually pleasant PLUS I saw almost immediate results. I was getting it for inflammation in my joints and one of the other brands made a huge difference in my joints - no pain and more flexibility and use of my joints! I tried this because it was less expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. I'm going back to the other brand I was using previously.

Bought it to try for my ulcerative colitis due to some hype going around that it could help heal me. I don't think it did much of anything unfortunately. I was taking between one and two ounces each morning mixed with liquid, normally coconut water due to the taste. It tastes like grass, I've had worse and it wasn't enough to stop me from trying it. The quality of the product was superb though! You could tell it wasn't full of fillers and that's exactly what I wanted.

I was a little hesitant about trying the Nopal Cactus Juice for my inflammation. Since my back pain was not extreme, I was looking for an alternative to harsh anti-inflammatory medications. The beneficial anti-inflammatory results were not immediate, but after about 3 weeks, i could tell my back pain was lessened. Being a skeptic, I thought my back somehow was better on its own, so i discontinued use. Well, the pain came back so I am back to drinking a shot of it a day again and currently only have a slight discomfort. While it may not work for everyone, I would highly recommend at least trying this product if you suffer from inflammation pain.

I was very happy with the timely arrival and the quality of the cactus juice. I was particularly happy it was not a blend but the actual nopal liquid. After refrigerating it when opened, it held its flavor very well. Thanks!

This stuff is great it seems to have improved my iron levels although i was taking it for a different reason. I will also warn you that if you suffer from hypothyroidism it can make your normal dose more potent for a few days! This regulated after a while but it took about a week before I could take my full dose!

Excellent stuff my back pain simply disappears when l take this, l have lots more energy, l suffer from SAD and it certainly helped me get through those dark months of winter l felt so much better!! The taste isn't nice but it does suggest you take it with another beverage l squeeze my own orange juice and then add 20 to 30mls nopal Gold you can still taste it but it's not that bad!!!
