Heats the water quickly and it gets scalding hot! Never had an issue with it and it looks great next to my SMEG toaster! It’s great quality, I love the design, and it’s well worth the money.

This kettle is undeniably elegant and looks perfect next to the rest of my red SMEG appliances. That’s actually why I bought it. However, it takes quite a long time to boil water — much slower than a regular stovetop. I’m still using it because of its aesthetic, but the performance was a bit of a letdown.
