Best cake flour around
I made a vanilla cake using my Mom's 50 year old recipe. Swan's Down makes the difference as the cake turned out light and fluffy. Sure it costs more. But oh, it's so worth it and brings back childhood memories. It's like comfort arrived from amazon. What more could I ask for?

Best cake flour hands down!
I have used this cake flour for years and when we moved to a rural area I couldn’t find it anywhere; not even Walmart. It’s exoen online but it is so worth it for a great cake if you can’t get it in your area.
