These are the best set of knives I have had the pleasure of using. Super sharp literally cut through meat like a hot knife through butter. Had them since Christmas just hope we get years of life out of them.

We like the way these knives cut. Sharp and true. Don’t know yet how the handles will survive the dishwasher.

I'm happy with these knives. They are a bit lighter than expected but they are sharp and look nice on the table (or indeed in their Laguiole-branded wooden block). I bought them for the the family but I would also consider them as a gift for someone else.I find them to be reasonably priced given brand and quality.
