As others pointed out, the machine is leaking underneath. It started after 4 weeks of use and we were lucky to be able to return it in time.

I'm not sure if this is just a one-off issue, but water is leaking from the base of the machine not from the drip tray, which I double-checked. The leak appears to be coming from holes at the bottom of the unit. I've already informed Amazon, and they advised me to return the product and reorder.

Tamping lever broke. It’s only a plastic piece, for an element that takes quite a bit of force when tamping, ninja doesn’t sell spare for it. So once it breaks, you’re done.. not great for a machine at this price point.

Milk jug handle cracked on its own suddenly one day! And nowni can not even find a replacement since its not available in the UAE

Water leaks from the bottom of the unit if the grind is fine for espresso. Checked the comments and it seem a common problem in the machine as several reviews suffer from the same issue. I've returned mine and amazon refunded me.

We are obsessed with it

I am so HAPPY with this purchase and with Amazon’s customer service. Truly. It is so rare that I review anything, as so few companies treat their clients well. As for the ninja pro 7 model machine. An absolute delight. Far superior to the 6 model in so far as you can make bigger quantities of coffee and frothy milk. A real time saver. It is also much simpler. Really great for big families. I am a fan. This is a must-buy if you have the budget or if you can gab one when the price falls. Thank you Ninja for the design of this beautiful coffee machine, and Amazon for your great customer service.
