These are such high quality roof racks. First impression while unpacking it is that they nicely had everything wrapped and protected. I've purchased a ladder rack for my truck from this company before and went back to them for this roof rack because of that experience. They are super easy to assemble and install. They fit any van with a rail system. The value for everything you get is great. I love that each bar has feather points on both sides as well as those convenient stops that you can move up and down the bars to hold anything you can think of. I couldn't recommend more!

The rack's overall build quality appears solid; the aluminum material is both lightweight and durable, and the even black coating gives it a pleasing and corrosion-resistant look. The number and spacing of the crossbars are well-designed, easily securing various items of different lengths, such as ladders, kayaks, or suitcases. Its stable load-bearing capacity makes me feel more confident transporting my vehicle's equipment. The installation process was of moderate difficulty for someone with some DIY skills: the accessories were complete, the clips and screws fit well, but aligning them required some patience. While the instruction manual is generally clear, it might be slightly simplified for some models (such as the Transit and Promaster versions), requiring repeated comparisons of the alignment points. However, once installed, it's very sturdy, with no noticeable shaking or unusual noises even at high speeds. The main reason I didn't give it five stars is that careful adjustment is required during installation, especially considering the subtle differences between roof rails on different models, which can be a bit challenging for first-time installers. Additionally, it would be even better if it came with matching anti-theft screws or a more detailed installation guide for each vehicle model.

These are super easy to put on a Ram promaster. The only thing you really need to know if you do not put on the long rubber Chanel inserts. The roof rack sounds like you have a vent open sucking wind. It is loud enough to be annoying as hell. Once the rubber Chanel inserts are put on place no more noise. Just thought I'd let you know that.

However, I recommend having two people install it together for a much easier experience. After installation, it fits the roof well, without any tilting or loosening. The stability is excellent once the mounting points are tightened, and there are no noticeable noises at high speeds, which I'm quite satisfied with.
