Once you get the hang of it, temperature control is also easy. Assembly wasn't difficult and didn't take much time. All the parts fit together perfectly, and there were no missing pieces. For the price, this grill is excellent value and completely meets my expectations for a home grill.

Worse bbq I’ve ever purchased. Extremely cheap metal with a flawed design. Catches on fire after every use. Incredibly rude customer service. Only used it twice and tried to return it because of the fire danger. Burners are too close to the grate and the cheap cover doesn’t help with grease fires. Toon forever to put together too. As a professional chef, I recommend going somewhere else.
