First Amazon cable that works at long distance over thunderbolt 5. I was beginning to think they didn’t exist. Works great over T5.

This cable charges my tablet fast. On a battery pack it charges fast but on a power block connected to a receptacle it’s even faster!!!!!! Buy it

The media could not be loaded. If you are looking to achieve the Best Performance of your Devices, much of this will be determined, by the Quality if the Cable you are connected to. You are depending on this, "Cable" to Transfer, both Data and Power. If this is the case, this Cable will have to be made with much Higher Tolerances, and Quality of Materials. This is still not enough to achieve the Highest Data Speeds, and Power Delivery. Because, now Devices require Specific Charging Protocols. Especially, for Fast, or Quick Charging. For Data Delivery, there are a New Generation of Super High Speed External Hard Drives. To take advantage of the full potential of these Device, the Data has to Travel at Speeds, which will "Bottleneck" Lesser Quality Cables. You really want a Cable with, "Overhead". You want to be able to put your foot on the gas, and still not be able to reach the speed limit.PROS:With this Thunderbolt 5, Thunderbolt 4, USB4, Thunderbolt 3 and USB-C Cable, my High Speed External Hard Drive, would be asked to move over. My Hard Drive, is Fourth Best, in it's Class. While Super Fast, there are Faster External Hard Drives. Meaning, if there are Faster Hard Drives behind me, I would have to move to the Right. These Hard Drives will never get a Speeding Ticket. The External Drives, at this time cannot currently achieve the Speeds, of this Cable. This is the Cable, that knocked-off my Current, Data Speed Champion Cable. All of my Top Cables can Deliver, 240W of Power Delivery. So, Power, is a wash between all of my Best Cables, in that regard. It is the Data Transfer, that will be appreciated most with this Cable. Also, This Cable, is just made different. I feel that, "Military Grade" should be stamped on the Package. These are some very well put together Cables. They are Thicker, with Tight Braiding, Strain Boots, and Metal Connector Ends, to Protect-it. The Connectors are Stylish, but not trying to be. The Connectors look good, because they are the Functional Form, of a Good Connector Design. Just a Simple and Durable Design. The Connector-end, is where all of the Connections Internally, are made, and there has to be the most care taken here. This is where the Power, and Data Speeds can suffer. This is the Multi-Purpose, and Functional Length, of Cable. Not too long, and easy to carry. It is long enough to come in handy for Desktop use. Not too long when using with a Phone, and other Mobile Applications. There will be cases where you will unplug a Lesser Cable, and Plug in a "Cable". You will know the difference. This Cable is ALL Business. The Flash you get with these Cables by HOTUTUKI, is the Data Speed and Power Delivery. You may be having fun, Streaming Entertaining Content. This Cable is here to Handle Business, Delivering that Content.CONS:This Cable, is really geared toward, iOS, Users. It is Compatible with, Android. In Testing, only the Apple Protocols come-up. But, in Fast Charging, the Charging Brick, and your Device Communicate. So, for Android Users, you still achieve all of the benefits of this Cable. This may make you feel like you need a faster Hard Drive. It may make you feel like you need more of These Cables, because you want to use This Cable for everything, because it can be used for everything.

I hate to not have much unique to say about these Thunderbolt 5 cables, but in reality, they're beyond what most people need (including myself, for another month, I hope). It worked fine for me with 10 gigabit NVMe enclosures and a 100w charge for my Macbook Pro M2.At about $20 for any of the sizes (1 foot, 1.6 foot, or the 3.3 foot I got), I'd probably go with the longest one. These prices are in line with the shorter versions I've seen from other makers.I don't know how soon I'll have 80 gigabit storage, but having a sturdy performant cable that's ready for that next upgrade over the holidays gives me peace of mind, and it works great for what I can do with it today.

Very good high speed cable that seems well made and has been totally reliable so far. I couldn't test the USB 5 speed claims because I don't have any USB 5 devices - chances are, you don't either. For anything you can buy today this should work fine.

QUICK LOOK: A lot of times people overlook how important your cable is when connecting to external storage devices (or using Thunderbolt or High Speed USB devices). I've been using this cable with multiple high speed devices including standard USB C devices as well as Thunderbolt 3 and 4 devices. Transfer rates are quite good. What I'm most impressed with is the build quality of the cable that stands out from some of the other "lower-quality" cables that I've come across. This is a fine cable for very fast data transfer (80gbps!!!) and fast charging. The size (3.3 ft) is perfect for portability because you don't want a 6 feet cable for your SSD drive or other small devices. One very IMPORTANT thing we need to keep in mind that the cable doesn't automatically make data transfer or charging faster. It merely transports. What that means is that YOUR DEVICE (whether it's laptop or charger) MUST be capable of delivering data/charge at a fast speed. If you are experiencing slower speed in terms of charging or data transfer, very likely the issue lies with your source device. Braided cables are more durable than plastic ones. With that said, this is a great cable, fast and recommended. Be sure to connect it to the right port on your laptop or computer.
