Breathes well and is good for IBS.
I like the buttons in front...makes for easy access and is more breathable than other designs. I use the leotard concept as underwear, btw. Was a bit small for me...I ordered an Asian Large, and I'm 5'9, 158lbs. I'm sensitive to pressure, however. The tighter the garment, furthermore, the more likely it is to trap heat. Will try an XL. I especially like that there is less pressure around the waist! Regular underwear and pants choke the small intestine, you see. These clothes are a possible solution for ppl with IBS or stomach aches, etc.

Great for sleeping in. Or to wear as underwear. I purchased xl and from shoulder to crotch was 35" perfect for me being 5'11"

I like how it makes me feel wearing it but the buttons don’t stay fastened . Still very comfy .

Defective and waiting a month for replacement
Took a very long time to receive this item, and it came with a hole in it. Now I have to return this one, purchase another, and wait for a whole month th before it arrives. Incredibly disappointed with the quality control.
