Very well packaged and easily assembled. Made well. Looks lovely on the sun porch and is comfortable.

We received this swing much sooner than was estimated. It was well packaged. No missing parts. There were some areas where the paint was worn. I have asked the supplier for touch up paint and hopefully they can provide some. To uncrate, inspect and assemble took about 1-1/2 hours. Assembly instructions were diagrams, but pretty basic and not hard to figure out. I threw out the included hand tools. A regular wrench and metric sockets are so much easier to use. Makes assembly faster and more secure. Some of the bolt holes were slightly off alignment making it difficult to thread the nuts. I had to run a drill through a couple of the holes to get the holes to align. The chair when assembled seems sturdy. The tube frame is pretty substantial. But the cushion fabric is thin. I have doubts that it will last very long in the Florida weather so we have been removing the cushions and shade top daily which is a pain.

Everything about this chair is perfect. Looks, size, ez to assemble, super sturdy. Unfortunately it's impossible to sit in. It is to shallow and you are continually in a position being forced forward and out of the chair. You can not relax or lean back. My wife is small and wanted to read on the deck, she tried numerous times to use it and just can not. Your head and the top of your back stay in an uncomfortable position. Its not good. Seller charges for return, seems like a scam. Do not buy this chair, look elsewhere or you will be stuck with it or out of pocket.

So relaxing and comfortably seats 2 adults and a toddler. Swings quietly. Great buy. Easy to assemble.

Not very comfortable to sit in

Love this chair. My only complaint is that the cushion that comes with it isn’t quite thick enough. Other than the bamboo being a little hard on the rear, it’s a great purchase.

I’m a big gardener and reader and have been wanting a space in my yard to curl up with a good book that was comfortable also stylish and big enough if my hubby wanted to come and sit with me, he can, this amazing Papasan fits the bill perfectly! Easier than anticipated to put together was missing two bolts, but I got them at the hardware store and for the price and ease of set up, I have no complaints. Love it so much might get a second one!
