Very nice organic oil for cooking.
Very good organic oil to cook with. Can cook with higher temperatures, and there is no taste change to the food like when using coconut oil.

Strong, unpleasant smell and taste-just like Vitamin E
I am so disappointed. I got this to make a new recipe for Vegan Butter. I ordered most of the ingredients on Amazon and received the yesterday was so excited this morning first thing to make the recipe! I was mixing up the recipe and kept smelling this strong smell like Vitamin E, but I had already added the oil. I assumed it must be the nutritional yeast or the soy lecithin, as I have never had any issues with other avocado oils, but I smelled all of the ingredients to find what was making that strong unpleasant smell, and realized it was this avocado oil! The whole batch of butter smells and tastes VERY strong like Vitamin E! It is totally inedible, and I will toss it which is an expensive waste as I used organic coconut oil, homemade organic pumpkin seed milk, and other highest quality ingredients. I remade the recipe right away with some organic sunflower oil and it is absolutely delicious!

Superb
This product is unimaginably delicious! Raw, unfiltered, cold pressed, so fresh. Do not cook (deactivates the nutritional value), use in salads or toppings to mix with tuna & chicken instead of Mayonnaise

solid for cookin and fryin
been usin this oil for a while now and it's been real good. i use it mostly for fryin stuff and makin eggs or veggies in the pan. don’t smoke up the kitchen like some other oils do. got a nice clean taste too, not super strong or weird smellin. feels a bit fancy without costin too much. i even tried it on salad one time and it was chill, just a lil thick for that maybe. bottle's a good size and lasts me a decent bit. no weird aftertaste or nothin. think it’s a good pick if you're tryin to cook a bit healthier.
