No, it doesn't. Spigen, BTW, has a great tempered glass protector for this watch. And a couple of thoughts - any integral screen protect is almost always a thin plastic sheet, not nearly as protective as tempered glass, and by design must stand away from your watch face creating a space for dust and dirt to gather. Secondarily, if an jntegral protector is damaged you need to replace both case and protector. If I want to buy a phone or watch case with an integral protector because I like the design, I immediately remove it and replace it with a stand-alone protector before using the case.

Is the rotating bezel covered up in this case?

Most of the bezel is covered. A portion of the bezel is accessible. A little less than a quarter of it. You can use that portion to turn the bezel, but it makes it harder to do. It's a worthwhile compromise because, in my experience, the bezel is what I scuff up the most. This provides the most whole-watch protection while still maintaining most functionality. It's not a deal-breaker for me since I can still swipe to do anything I need to on the watch. You may not need this much protection if your activities don't call for it. In my case, I'm a field technician that must squeeze into and navigate tight spaces, and I find myself bumping my watch often, so it's well worth the diminished bezel functionality.
