I bought this for my granddaughter for xmas, I'm sure she will love it and it looks about the right size.

Novelty but not effective
My daughter loves this as it’s LOL but after one use in an indoor swimming pool it’s gone very baggy (the material is very thin so I also wouldn’t let her wear it in any sunshine as there’s no protection). Novelty wise she loves it but quality wise it’s poor unfortunately
