Heat levels
Green (Jalapeno) is tasty, and it is the mildest (a bit under 1000 SHU in my opinion). Smoky (Roasted Jalapeno) is mild to, but little bit stronger. Great taste, this is my wife`s favourite. Original (red) is nothing special, average restaurant table hot sauce. The Habanero sauce is the real deal for me. Great taste, good hot level. I saw somewhere that is 7000 SHU. The black label, Scorpion pepper sauce is just for chili heads. That is 20-30 000 SHU. For me is okay, but not every day.

Stick with what you know
Better off sticking with the original, the green one wasn't nice at all and the hot one too hot :(
