Has anyone translated the instructions on the back? it's all in japanese (i think) and i don't speak or read japanese.

Are these as good as using scalpels for dermaplaning?

I have only used these and they work well for exfoliating and removal of peach fuzz. I think a scalpel might go slightly deeper.
