Handy for sore heels
These enabled me to wear shoes during the day when I had sore heals. I removed them at night so my heel could get better.

Waste of money
These plasters are a complete waste of money. Used 4 of them within the last two days so I think I gave them a good chance. They look okay, individually packed but a little bit thick. They stick well at first but they are not breathable what makes your skin under the plaster sweat straight away and the plasters come away within 15 minutes!! Unfortunately I cant recommend this product.

They are ok
The blister plasters are ok, they do help with any that you have however they arnt as big or as thick as compeed ones which can make all the difference and for the extra £1 or so I’d buy the compeed
