I like the zip up coats, I do not like the button ones. I bought this because it was a new color, and the color is great! Very comfortable and stylish.

Terrible fit and material is cheap in my option

I ordered the large chef coat and it was too big. I ordered the same chef coat but in a medium and sent the large back, via Kohls. I've never had an issue before returning a purchase. What steps do I need to take to resolve this issue??
