I love these vitamins and this is a convenient travel option. Taste great and easy to use.

Take your Tasty Vitamins
Surprisingly, this liquid vitamin has a digestible flavor that doesn’t make you feel nauseous afterwards. However, like most vitamins, it is very likely to constipate you. Taking magnesium glucosamine with it helps tremendously.

Must have changed their product.
They must have changed their product. It doesn’t taste the same and tastes bad. It also made me nauseous and I had to stop taking it. Update-They did reach out and sent another but the taste was still the same. Something has definitely changed in this product.

Feeling even better when I travel now!
I have been taking MaryRuths liquid vitamins for over a year now but it was difficult to travel with the normal size bottle that needs refrigerated. So I just skipped my liquid vitamins on travel days but not anymore! So glad I found these and I can fly with them!
